Order Processing and Shipping Procedure
Order processing time is defined in business days and
contingent upon credit card authorization approval or
when fund is received. It does not include weekends
or holidays.
1. Shipping time is stated in business days after completing
order processing time.
2. Standard shipping may take from 5 to 10 business
days.
1. Deliveries can be expected by combining order processing
and shipping time.
1. You will be notified by email if there is a delay
in shipping beyond the expected time defined above.
Insurance
All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss,
theft and damage. If you should experience any freight
damage, please submit a request for Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA).
Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to
merchandise shipping within the United States.
Shipping Carrier
At this moment, we only ship our product using United
States Postal Service (USPS) as our carrier.
Order Status
We will notify you by email when your product is shipped.
Shipping destinations
1. CambodianWeb.com will ship to the continental of
United States.
2. CambodianWeb.com will not ship product to P.O.
Box addresses.
3. Other countries shipping destination, please contact
CambodianWeb.com.

Ordered Cancellation
Once you have placed an order, you have 24 hours from
the time you made a purchase to cancel your order.
Please use our contact form to submit your cancellation
request and do not forget to include your invoice
number.

POLICY
In Stock
Your order will be processed and shipped in accordance
to the Order Processing and Shipping Procedure above.
Out of Stock
1. When a product is listed as out of stock, your
order will be automatically placed on back order.
2. You will be notified immediately for the delay
in processing and shipping.
3. At this point, you have an option of canceling
your order or allow it to remain on backorder.
4. CambodianWeb.com will periodically keep you posted
up-to-date on
your ordered status.
5. To cancel your order for Out of Stock product,
please submit your request. Cancel Order Form – Link
CambodianWeb.com reserves the right to cancel an order
that was in error.

Quantity Limitation
CambodianWeb.com reserves the right to limit the number
of units available per order.
Warranty
To keep the cost low, our suppliers/vendors do not
provide us the product warranty term. However, we
would like to assure our customers that every item
we shipped out will be carefully inspected and brand
new. If you should experience that the product you
received from CambodianWeb.com is defected, please
do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Items may be returned for replacement and subject
to CambodianWeb.com restrictions. Return for replacement
due to product defectiveness or damaged during shipment,
please contact us within 7 days from date received.
1 . Please complete a Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) form in full to get a Returned Authorization
Code before sending any items back to us.

2 . All products returned must have a Returned Merchandise
Authorization issued by CambodianWeb.com.
3 . All returned products will be processed and fully
inspected after they arrived in our warehouse.
4 . All products must be returned in original condition
including packaging material.
5 . Shipping/handling fee and other transaction fee
such as insurance are not refundable.
6. Once we issued a Returned Authorization approval,
we will email you a complete instructions on how to
ship products back to us.
Unauthorized or Refused Return
1. We will not accept any unauthorized return that
has no Authorization Code issued by CambodianWeb.com.
2. Unauthorized Return items will be rejected automatically.
3. We will charge a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable
shipping charges for refusal shipments.
4. Additional charges may apply if products are not
returned in original condition including packaging
material.
Non-Defective Returns
1. Any product returned found to be non-defective
are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related
fees.
Ship to our P.O. Box
Shipping a returned product to our P.O. Box address
will be automatically rejected by the USPS.
