conduct that may constitute a criminal offence, give rise

If the eCard you sent is classified to the subject of an
investigation, your Internet Service Provider may be forced
to reveal your identity. CambodianWeb.com shall have the
right, but not the responsibility, to remove greeting cards
which are deemed in our sole discretion in violation of
this agreement.
We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, without
notice to you, add to, amend or remove any Information from
the Website, or alter the presentation, substance, or functionality
